Video: Holiday World shows off construction work on Hyena Falls water slides

Hyena Falls concept art

Holiday World has released a new video which shows off the construction progress on Hyena Falls, the new water slides that will debut at the park later in 2013.

The attraction will boast four separate tube slides when it opens in Holiday World's Splashin' Safari water park. The slides will be located on a hillside close to the Pilgrims Plunge water ride, which is set to host a number of other new attractions in the future. Pilgrims Plunge will itself be renamed to Giraffica, and will become part of Splashin' Safari rather than the main Holiday World theme park.

In addition to Hyena Falls and Giraffica, Splashin' Safari will also receive an updated entrance and 20 new cabanas. This continues a heavy focus on the water park that has seen the additions of the record-breaking Wildebeest and Mammoth water coasters in recent years.
