After dropping its paid-for Mobile Magic service, Disney has now got into its stride with the impressive My Disney Experience app and park-wide Wi-Fi at Walt Disney World. Rival Universal, though, has lagged behind. That could be about to change with the expected launch of an intriguing new app dubbed "ScreenPlay". Meanwhile, Kings Island will open a new restaurant dedicated to the Cincinnati Reds, and the updated London Dungeon is now open in its new location close to the London Eye.

Universal Orlando

New posters that are on display at Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure indicate that the Universal Orlando Resort is set to release a new mobile app dubbed "ScreenPlay".

Kings Island

Kings Island will open a new restaurant dedicated to the Cincinnati Reds for the 2013 season, dubbed the Reds Hall of Fame Grill. As well as displaying Hall of Fame memorabilia, signed photos and framed jerseys, the outlet will service burgers, wings, pulled pork, ribs, chips wraps, salads and a range of desserts. It will be located close to the Diamondback roller coaster, and a patio will enable guests to watch the ride's trains flashing past.
