Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom dominates the news today, which will see the grand opening of the expanded New Fantasyland. The long-awaited first flight of the park's new fire-breathing dragon has finally taken place, while Disney has also offered up a video preview of the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train coaster, which will debut in 2014.

Disney has finally unveiled its long-rumored flying, fire-breathing dragon, sending it soaring over the expanded New Fantasyland at the Magic Kingdom.

At the media event for the opening of New Fantasyland at the Magic Kingdom, Walt Disney World offered up a video preview of the upcoming Seven Dwarfs Train coaster.

Kennywood

Kennywood is set to kick off its Holiday Lights in the Park Christmas celebrations, which will see a selection of rides opening alongside a spectacular lights show. The events will run from 5 to 9pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays until December 30, as well as on December 26 and 27. Tickets are priced at $15.99, including tax.
