The Universal Orlando Resort has revealed the live acts that will perform at its New Years Eve celebrations, with several well-known bands set to usher in 2012.
The celebrations will be centered around the CityWalk dining, retail and entertainment district, and will take place from 8pm to 2am. For an advance purchase price of $119.99 plus tax per person, guests will gain access to seven clubs and to all-you-can eat gourmet cuisine served in the area's restaurants.
The headline acts at Universal Orlando's New Years Eve 2011 celebrations will be Smash Mouth and Big Voodoo Daddy. Smash Mouth have sold 10 million albums worldwide, while Big Voodoo Daddy are renowned for their mix of jazz and big band sounds.
Other acts performing at CityWalk during the New Years Eve events will include:
- DJ Leony - Latin Quarter
- Herb Williams - Red Coconut Club
- Blue Stone Circle - Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville
- Chain Reaction - Bob Marley - A Tribute To Freedom
- Dueling Pianos - Pat O'Brien's
