The Walibi Belgium theme park has been engulfed by floodwater after torrential rainfall that has been described as the country's "worst in 50 years".
Park officials say that no serious damage has been caused by the flooding, and have released a series of photographs showing areas of the park underwater. Walibi Belgium is currently closed after the end of its 2011 season, so the flooding will not impact on guests at the park.
Belgium's national weather service has claimed that the country received as much rainfall in two days over the weekend as it normally experiences in a month. Walibi Belgium (formerly known as Six Flags Belgium) is located in one of the worst-affected areas, close to Brussels.
Further images of the flooding at Walibi Belgium can be found on the park's Facebook page.
