Universal Studios Singapore is to change its operating hours from May 1, 2010, adding a special weekend evening opening period for its Hollywood Boulevard dining and retail area.
The park's normal operating hours will switch to 10am to 7pm from the current 9am to 6pm hours. In addition, Hollywood Boulevard will now be open until 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays, allowing guests additional time to shop and eat. The park's rides and shows will still close at 7pm on those days.
Guests who have already paid for admission to the park on Fridays and Saturdays will be able to enjoy the evening opening period at no extra cost. However, those wishing to visit the park purely for the evening period can buy a special S$2 ticket. These can be purchased from 6.30pm onwards on the same day, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost of the tickets can be reimbursed when making a purchase at KT's Grill or the Hollywood China Bistro.
Universal Studios Singapore is the most recent park to open in the chain, having debuted to the public on March 18, 2010.
