The Goliath rollercoaster at Six Flags Magic Mountain is out of action again, just days after reopening following maintenance and repainting work.
The park revealed the news through its Twitter account, saying "Goliath has been closed unplanningly. Reopening dates not available." It is not yet known what the cause of the closure is.
Goliath recently reopened after annual maintenance and a new paint job - but several weeks later than originally planned. It therefore seems possible that the cause of the delay may also be the cause of the new closure.
As TPT reported yesterday, Batman: The Ride is currently closed for repainting, while Déjà Vu is closed for maintenance. This means three of Magic Mountain's rollercoasters are currently offline.
TPT will confirm openings date for Goliath and Batman: The Ride as soon as they are available from Six Flags. Déjà Vu is due to reopen on December 27.
