Key Information
Wet 'n Wild Orlando opened an all-new water play area in June 2012, dubbed Blastaway Beach. Featuring 15 water slides and more than 100 soakers, waterfalls, jets and cannons, the new area is aimed primarily at younger guests. The tropically-themed zone is based around a central castle structure that stands at 60-feet-tall, and features only one entrance so that parents can easily keep an eye on their kids.
Blastaway Beach replaced Wet 'n Wild's former Kids Park attraction, with more than 85,000 gallons of water being used to fill the two pools in the one-acre area.
