One of two hotels close to Epcot that are not run by Disney, the visually striking Walt Disney World Dolphin is operated under Starwood Hotels & Resort's Westin brand. Two enormous dolphin statues sit on top of its main structure, which is divided into two halves by a giant pyramid. The signature dining locations at the hotel are Todd English's BlueZoo (a seafood restaurant) and Shula (which serves steak and seafood dishes). For Italian food there is Il Molino New York Trattoria, and if you fancy trying sushi, try Kimonos for dinner.
