Located close to Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire, England, Twinlakes is a 70-acre theme park aimed primarily at families with young children. Alongside an array of off-the-shelf rides and attractions, the park is also home to a number of playgrounds and indoor soft play areas. These are spread across several themed lands, which also host a number of live animal exhibits. Adults are not allowed to visit the park unless they are accompanying children.

Park History

Twinlakes is a relatively recent entrant to the UK theme park market, having opened in September 2003. It targets the same market as the Gulliver's theme parks in Matlock Bath, Warrington and Milton Keynes, and was designed with toddlers in mind from day one. It also features an unusual proportion of indoor attractions, enabling it to operate year-round.
