Given that Tokyo DisneySea was built at the staggering cost of $4 billion, it's no surprise that its owners threw a bit of spare change at its on-site hotel, with lavishly furnished rooms. The Hotel MiraCosta is themed around the ports of Portofino and Venice, and overlooks the Mediterranean Harbor area of the park. Unlike many theme park hotels, it actually adds to the atmosphere at the park - seeing occupants at their windows offers the impression of a living, working harbor. Guests receive a complimentary pass for the Disney Resort Monorail that circles the Tokyo Disney Resort. The Oceano restaurant stretches alongside the Mediterranean Harbor in Tokyo DisneySea. Breakfast is a buffet, lunch and dinner are available as either a Mediterranean buffet or as a full course meal with table service. Silk Road Garden offers Chinese cuisine for lunch and dinner (table service) and the BellaVista Lounge offers a buffet breakfast and Italian dishes with table service for lunch and dinner.
