Originally installed at New York's Rockaways' Playland Amusement Park in 1928, the Silver Star Carousel was the last ride of its type to be created by renowned designer William Dentzel. It was moved to Six Flags Over Texas in 1963, and features 50 jumping horses, 16 standing horses and two chariots that rotate around on a turntable.
