In 2016, Six Flags New England became the latest Six Flags park to install a Larson Giant Loop, which was named Fireball.

The ride essentially consists of a giant vertical loop, in which sits a "train" that guests board. The train is rocked back and forth, racing through several complete circuits of the loop.

Although Six Flags loves to advertise the Giant Loop rides as coasters, in reality they are a type of flat ride.
