Opened six years after the original Journey to Atlantis was installed at SeaWorld Orlando, SeaWorld San Diego's version is also a Mack water coaster. However, whereas the Orlando attraction features an extensive dark ride section, the San Diego iteration largely drops this and instead focuses on the coaster elements. Expect to get very wet at the base of its largest drop, which stands at 70-feet-tall.
