Sea World Australia has announced will open a new interactive seal exhibit, Seal Harbour, ahead of Christmas 2012.
Seal Harbour will feature a 3.6-million litre pool, which will be divided into three sub-pools. It will also boast a white sand beach, and is set to house sea lions alongside the seals that will lend it its name.
Visitors to Sea World will be able to take part in feeding sessions, getting up-close to the large marine mammals. A variety of species will be on display, including New Zealand and sub-Antarctic fur seals and Australian and Californian sea lions.
