Knights' Tournament was the first ride in the US to use Kuka's "robocoaster" system, based on the company's robotic arm technology. Riders board 2-seater pods that are attached to the end of each arm, and select their preferred "intensity level". They are then taken on a coaster-style journey, with the twists and turns being appropriately pitched based on the rider's choice.
