Chocolatier is a new restaurant and bar opening in 2021, featuring past and present pieces from the Hersheypark® ride collection, views of neighboring attractions, and a second story patio with a bar. It will be the largest themed restaurant in the park with indoor seating for 300 and outdoor seating for a further 100 people. The menu with a chocolate flavor will be served from an open kitchen and cocktails will be served from the Carrousel-themed bar
