One of Europa Park's headline attractions, Silver Star is a towering hypercoaster that held the title of "tallest coaster in Europe" until 2012. Manufactured by Swiss firm Bolliger & Mabillard, it hits a top speed of some 79 miles per hour at the base of its towering 219-foot first drop. The remainder of the circuit consits of a number of "airtime"-inducing camelback hills and intense turns and helices.
