Disney announced (June 2021) that "Enchantment", a brand new nighttime spectacular would be coming  to the Magic Kingdom for the 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World. The new nightly spectacular features music, enhanced lighting, stunning fireworks and, for the first time, immersive projection effects that extend from Cinderella Castle down Main Street USA. All the while, classic and reimagined Disney songs play along with an original new song by 7-time Grammy award-winning songwriter Philip Lawrence.

It was announced in September 2022 at the D23 Expo that that the much-loved night time show, Happily Ever After would officially return to the Magic Kingdom in 2023. We now have confirmation that Disney's Enchantment will have its last show on April 2 making way for the return of Happily Ever After on April 3.
