Roller coaster

Originally opened as Traumatizer at sister park Pleasureland Southport, Infusion was moved to Blackpool Pleasure Beach in time for the 2007 season following the closure of its first home. A Vekoma Suspended Looping Coaster, the ride sees guests seated in rows of two, suspended underneath its track.

To distinguish it from similar rides elsewhere in the UK (such as Kumali at Flamingo Land), Blackpool Pleasure Beach installed Infusion over a pool of water. A number of water effects, including waterfalls and sprinklers, are located around its circuit, although riders do not get particularly wet. The coater hits a top speed of nearly 50 miles per hour as its races through a number of inversions, including a heartline loop, a sidewinder and a double in-line-twist.
