Located in the Cloud Cuckoo Land area of Alton Towers, Driving School sees kids given a short "driving lesson" before being set loose in miniature cars. Aimed at children aged under 10, the ride is similar to the hugely popular Driving School at LEGOLAND Windsor, but on a smaller scale. It includes a number of “authentic” elements such as a zebra crossing and a roundabout.

Guests have the opportunity to buy "ride photos" at the end of the ride period, which see a picture of the child superimposed onto a fake driving license.
