Here are the four biggest updates from around the resort for the past seven days

There are a total of four new castle turrets being added to the Magic Kingdom Central Plaza. Two of the turrets will be used for show lighting and the other two are used as technician booths.
2. Pirates of the Caribbean closing for major refurbishment in one month
Pirates of the Caribbean at Magic Kingdom Park is known to have many issues from improper boats that flood and get stuck to animatronic failures. To fix these issues, the attraction will be closed from May 11, 2015 to late September.
Although that seems like an excessive amount of time, it will keep this aging classic operational for many years to come.
