3. Santa Claus himself
From November 14 through December 29, you can find Santa Claus at Downtown Disney. Brave the line and you’ll get to meet Santa in a beautiful backdrop. If you’re looking for Santa inside the parks, you can also find him on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom at select times throughout the day.
4. Decked out resorts
All of the Walt Disney World Resorts get a little extra holiday décor for the season, but some are more stunning than others. The gingerbread house at the Grand Floridian and the massive Christmas trees at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, Grand Floridian, and Animal Kingdom Lodge offer some of the best opportunities for getting a great photo. You may even find PhotoPass Photographers in some of these resort locations, though their appearances aren’t guaranteed.
With a regular park ticket you can get some outstanding photos for Christmas, and even without one, you can enjoy a lot of Disney’s holiday décor. If you’re looking for a stand-out picture for your Christmas cards this year, you have plenty of options to check out around property.
