4. Cronut from the Refreshment Port at Epcot

Croissant DonutCroissant Donut

Stop by the Refreshment Port snack stand in Epcot for a sweet treat that’s delicious any time of the day. It’s listed on the menu as a Croissant Donut, but fondly referred to by Cast and frequent park-goers as a “cronut.” Just as the name suggests, this is a warm, flaky treat with the soft layers of a croissant and the generous shape of a donut. The cronut is dusted in cinnamon sugar for a sweet finish.

The Refreshment Port also offers the ideal compliment to the cronut in the way of fresh coffee or hot cocoa. You can even enjoy your coffee spiked with Godiva chocolate or caramel liqueur. Give your hot chocolate some extra kick with Godiva caramel liqueur as well.

5. Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookie in Germany at Epcot

If you enjoy the smooth flavor of Werthers Original candies, don’t miss the Karamell-Kuche in Epcot. This gourmet bakery serves a wide menu of decadent caramel treats. The caramel filled chocolate cookie is a personal favorite, combining both a rich chocolate flavor and the distinct flavor of Werthers caramel. This cookie has the caramel both in the center and on top so you get plenty of sticky goodness.

6. Cheesy Pesto Bread in Landscape of Flavors at the Art of Animation Resort

Resort treats are often overlooked, but many spots on Disney property offer unique snacks that are perfect for a little afternoon pick-me-up. The Art of Animation Resort is a fun stop even if you’re not staying there thanks to the awesome photo ops, like the life-size Cars characters located along the streets of the Radiator Springs section of the hotel. While you’re there, pop in to the Landscape of Flavors food court and grab a plate of cheesy pesto bread. The toasted bread is liberally slathered in both pesto and melted mozzarella. Your order even comes with a cup of marinara for dipping.

If you’re looking for a satisfying afternoon snack that’s more original than a Mickey bar or bucket of popcorn, try these treats for a mouthwatering experience.
