For us Cast Members, THIS is our favorite EPCOT song! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yM8n0oRXWUg Promise. (It means you are all going home! and we will be soon as well!!!)

Besides all the songs already mentioned one that sticks out to me is any song from "Country Bear Jamberre." Also enjoyed the show that used to be in the back of Mickey's house (now where dumbo is) that use to be the 3rd stop when we would go to the park.

you forgot Zippidee doo dah Zippidee day. From splash mountain. That stays with you too!

I remember in Epcot, there used to be a show in the land that had a lady in the kitchen and the food all came to life and sang. I don't remember much of the song but it went,"veggie fruit fruit, veggie veggie fruit fruit"

Don't forget the song from the American Pavilion at EPCOT - I can't remember the official name, but it has the "America - spread your golden wings..." etc.. It ALWAYS gets stuck in my head after a visit there!

I believe the name of the song is Golden Wings. My favorite song.

Just returned last night from WDW and keep humming little mermaid songs. But as I child I remember vaguely TWA sponsored a ride in Tomorrowland that included " If I had wings"

A world of memories which inspire all who enter the park with subliminal messages from the songs. Just love all of disney. Now all my children are taking their kids. Just beautiful. Thanks Disney! !!!

Another one that gets stuck in my head is the defunct Wonders of Life Pavilion theme, I believe it is called Celestial Soda Pop.

what about "Tomorrow's Child" from the EPCOT ball? It always used to make me cry because it was so pretty (especially if I was expecting at the time). I also tear up during the American pavillion's theme song too.

"Tomorrow's Child" makes me tear up as well! But I experience a lot of powerful emotions when I listen to the old EPCOT soundtrack.

I'm so glad that people have already mentioned the two songs that I remember the most, "Now is the Time" and "If You Had Wings". I had never even realized "Now is the Time" wasn't the original, or had been restored back to the ride, until I had a similar conversation with a friend, and they said, "I can't get that song from Carousel of Progress out of my head!" and I was like, "I know! Now is the time, now is the best time!" and they were all, "What song are YOU singing?"

The defunct World Of Motion ride " it's fun to be free."

My last trip to Disney world,I would break into song, and it would either be The carousel of progress or imagination. The Sherman Brothers sure do know how to get a tune in your head. Gotta love it!

Two others I can never forget: "If You Had Wings" from the Eastern Airlines attraction and the pre-show for the Kodak show in EPCOT, "Makin' Memories." Both songs that stay with you even though their attractions have long since gone.

Totally agree. I loved making memories and am glad I have it on my cell phone digitally. I wish I had a digital copy of "If you had wings" if anyone knows where I could get that one let me know!

Who else remembers an alternate theme song to the Carousel of Progress which replaced There's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow when the attraction arrived in WDW called Now is the Best Time of Your Life? It played from the time the carousel came to the Florida park until sometime around 1993 when the original theme song was restored. This was a disappointment for me because I actually liked Now is the Best of Your Life better! I think the original one though is nice in that it helps preserve the legacy of the master of everything with the Disney name: Walt himself! It was established during his time and I even remember first hearing it on his show Walt Disney Presents. At least I have my preferred song on CD though and who knows? Perhaps someday it will return!

This is the time, this is the time, this is the best time of our lives...

I agree that both songs are great. I think Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow is the best song for COP because of it's nostalgic value, but it would be great for Best Time of Your life to have a spot in the show. I kind of wish they'd use that for the music on the phonograph or something because it's such a great song and it captures the spirit of the attraction just as well as Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow.
