No evidence to support it but I doubt HIGHLY that the EPCOT golf ball weighs 16 MILLION pounds????

Especially since the outer cover is aluminum and plastic. PLEASE prove me wrong and tell me how you came up with this number?

"The Living Seas". Not "The Seas".

The panels of Spaceship Earth is called "Alucobond". http://www.alucobondusa.com. Designed to not tarnish, and remain perfectly flat.

I don't know the exact number, but I can guarantee everyone that 250,000 people a day aren't in WDW. Even with each park maxing out, that wouldn't even equal 250,000. I've heard that they get around 19-20 million guests a year. Simple math tells you that figure is impossible.

If they all maxed out, it would be WAY over 250,000. Magic Kingdom alone maxes out at 150,000. And I've been there when it's happened...

It says to and from so each person is counted at least twice. Also people gonna and forth to their room or to other resorts, so counted 4 or more times.

I recently had a total knee replacement,. Will it be hard for me to get around?

No, they have wheelchairs available and wheelchair access for all the rides. I would recommend shopping for your souvenirs earlier in the day because at night there are so many people shopping it is difficult to get through the stores. There is plenty of room, it is just crowded at night!

What in the world is a holiday tree? If it's a holiday tree than why isn't it displayed during Halloween, Valentine's Day, etc....oh wait that's because it comes out only during Christmas! Why is everyone afraid to say Christmas? If you can say Thanksgiving, than you can Christmas.

Amen! I am sick to death of the secularization of Christmas. Disney unabashedly, (at least for now) still calls it that and still has its Candlelight Processional with REAL Christmas carols about the birth of Christ. Theme Park Tourist can take a lesson!

Do not understand why we cannot be inclusive and call them holiday trees. Then everyone can call it whatever kind of a tree they want. This is one reason why religion is becoming so bad. Christians want to force their religion on other and do not respect the religious beliefs of other! In my home I call my Christmas tree a Christmas tree AND a Chaunnuka Bush. It is simply respecting others beliefs?0!

Research your own religion. The tradition of holiday trees was appropriated by various Christian groups as a way of bringing in converts from other (Pagan) religions into the church. Since then, Christians have expanded their tree decorating traditions to include Halloween, Mardi Gras, Valentines Day, Easter, and a few other holidays. It has also been re-appropriated by Nouveau Pagans, who view the tradition as a celebration of winter or life--with no connection to Christianity.

now if someone had the money and the time it would be a great thing to see how many different rooms U could stay in........I think we have stayed in probably 35 different rooms, in about that many years, sometimes we skipped a year but then there were a few years we went to Disney twice.

Christmas trees..... They are Christmas trees.

The total number of rooms is 33,702 rooms. Total 22,321 Disney Operated rooms, 7,022 Non-Disney Rooms and 4,359 Vacation Club Rooms...

Walt Disney was the Henry Ford for vacations.

And all of this only cost you a arm or a leg each day, if you are tall. Short people must pay two each.

Or, you could stay home while the rest of us save our money to go and enjoy a wonderful family vacation every so often at the greatest theme park on earth.

When you consider everything you get for the price of that one day ticket it is actually a great deal. Not only can you ride the rides, but you can watch Theatrical productions as well as fireworks, lasers and other shows. The production costs alone are staggering. That is a major problem with people in the USA. They never consider the value rather than the cost. If they did, no one would ever shop at Walmart!

Yes! For one price there is so much entertainment and value. Plus transportation is included. Spend a few days in New York City or Philadelphia and see how much more you spend.
