I think that doing different missions would be nice. I do rather prefer one mission though, just because I wouldn't want to spend the WHOLE day doing different missions. It would be too many rides. But it does sound cool

A fan of mission space right here, I was 8 when I first rode it (so I guess it was the less intense as my little sister was 5 at the time) and I really loved it. Wish there was a ride like at Disneyland Paris since we Europeans prefer the more intense versions of Disney rides (thunder mountain, space mountain, Indiana jones etc...) but adding multiple missions to the attraction does sound good and should be a step in the right direction :)

I definitely would want to try and see all the missions (on the less intense side. The G-forces don't scare me but they do make me feel ill.) I thought that's what they originally intended for this ride anyway--depending on how the passengers reacted with the buttons they had to press, the ride would end differently. But that didn't happen. Oh, and I don't either love or hate Mission: Space. I just like it okay. Go on it once in a while. Horizons was better.

Maybe Disney will give the mild side a more interactive experience with more to do than button pushing?
On the extreme side, the G forces compensate for a minimal simulation.
My wife rode the mild side and said that the sim was boring but I thought it was good on the extreme side.

This is a great ride! I hope they don't scrap it or downgrade the g forces.

Anyone consider this may be a GOTG overlay?

Given that Disney hasn't made a big announcement or promotion, I doubt new missions are coming. We knew updates for other rides (Soarin, Star Tours, etc) were in the works long before they debuted. Most likely, this is just for rehab and updates.

Bring it back as Guardians of the Galaxy :)

I'd be game for more missions. thankfully the ride wasn't "mission to mars" mission space leaves more room. We've put a lander on a comet. so it's not out of the realm of possibilities to have different "missions"
