I have an annual pass..and all these rides are outdated. I went to see Beatlejuice and saw a number of people walk out..even did myself. Its a glee type singing show. It has nothing to do with the movie. The only good thing about Disaster is The Rock.

Not surprised about Beetlejuice show. I am surprised it lasted as long as it had. Maybe now that Warner Brothers is involved, they can actually have a attraction that represents the characters in his world much better That show lost my interest after the original.
Actually there are no real surprises except for Disaster. The attraction is much better since they added the guests in the trailer bit at the end. Maybe rotate Directors every once in a while.

I used to work at Shrek 4-D and we wondered when it would be "endangered." It's hard to compete with the Minions right across the street. The new ride is both more popular and has superior technology and ride effects. People love Shrek, but it is a 14 year old movie. The technology is out of date, the 3-D doesn't look good, and there is always something not working (a light effect, a mister, etc.). I heard rumors of it being replaced by another DreamWorks ride, as as much as I love Shrek, I would really love to fly with Toothless in a How to Train Your Dragon ride.

It wouldn't be a good idea to get rid of Beetlejuice completely seeing as 'Beetlejuice 2' has been confirmed.

Just as long as they don't pull a Disney and close everything at once with nothing to replace it, we're golden. Considering they manage to seamlessly transition all of their changes in the past ten years, I don't think there's any need to be worried. :)

I'm just glad you didn't have E.T. on this list! I want to ride it again since it is gone from Universal Studios Hollywood.

No! Not even a little bit! But why save Beetlejuice? James Bond is a major franchise with no US theme park presence. An attraction with that IP would make so much sense.

Also, A Hello Kitty store? I've always thought a great update to the Lucy space would be a tribute to the long history of Saturday Night Live.

Hello Kitty? Seriously?

I'm really going to miss Twister! Though it migh be a little dated, the finale of the ride is stille pretty amazing with all the fire and rain together. Personally I dislike the concept behind Jimmy Fallon's, as those "behind the scenes" are so damn boring: just look at Disaster. It's just a waste of time being on the stands while you watch some actors talking stuff. I really wish they would focus on the Soarin' part of the ride. Now that would be amazing!!
