I think that Maelstrom has run its course at Epcot and that it should be replaced. I hope that there is a budget for a trackless ride system as this would be a good fit, story-wise, and WDW has not yet made use of the trackless technology. Simply reskinning Maelstrom isn't going to make anybody very happy.

A ride is the way to go.... NOT I repeat NOT a show!
that would be a waste of a perfectly good movie!
Their are to many adventures things that they could do with a dark ride in Epcot or just rethemeing the Maelstrom.

I for one would love to see a Frozen ride in Disney's Epcot in the Norway pavilion, but this will lead to a few problems.
first, the beloved flume ride "The Maelstrom" will probably be replaced (it needs to be remodeled anyway)

Second, This would also be the first ride in Epcot to involve princesses (two actually)... usually the princes and princesses stay in the Magic kingdom. That is not entirely bad because the imaginers have just finished New Fantasy Land.

Third, it would effect the whole world showcase thing that the Norway pavilion is right in the middle of.

There is other possibilities though, as I said it would do very well in the new fantasy land and it would probably be a nice ride to go on on those scorching hot summer days in Florida and California if they decide to do something there.

They could even add another castle like they did with the beauty and the beast restaurant and add a castle backdrop but with Elsa's Ice palace and the castle of Arendel as the entrance of the attraction.

Either way the suspense is "Chill"-ing me

I wholeheartedly love the idea of modifying Maelstrom. Frozen pays great tribute to that country. Also, Maelstrom is the worst ride I ever been on between Disney World and Disneyland. The quality of the ride pales in comparison to any other ride. If a Frozen attraction could send a much needed budget in its direction then let it be done! : )

I agree that Maelstrom should remain geared toward the cultural experience of Epcot's World Showcase. However, how about a "Frozen" theme for part of the year. Fall/Christmas...or in the middle of summer when Elsa actually freezes Arendelle (Say; Jun-Aug). Just to mix things up a bit!

I Love to see Frozen Dark Ride in EPCOT and It will be awesome to see it and ride it!

Yes I would like to see an attraction from "Frozen".

Frozen - Stage show at Disneyland
OR Tangled would also make a fabulous stage show.
Aladdin has had its run.
Time for a change.

We have viewed and read all of the rumored suggestions and like the idea of adding a Boat Ride for Frozen. Would rather have a ride than a show. We know several people who have never been to see Aladin and wouldn't go see a different show. Entertainment is best when there is some form of visitor involvement. We were happy when Disney Finally added the Ariel Ride. A good attraction; old and young alike enjoy it! Stay with what works! Looking forward to what Disney decides!

I think this would be a great ride in Magic Kingdom where all the Princess attractions have been re-located. She is a Princess and deserves the regal elegance of the title.
Not in Norway, as the "other" Princess make appearances in their " home countries" but no rides or shows. I have been to the Norway pavilion many many times, and enjoyed the ride, but its about the country and the hard times, and the determination of the people, not a Princess story!

As far as a Princess show, that could be doable also, but again I would expect to see this in Studios in the Beauty and the Beast Stage area. Maybe a Princess Pavilion for all types of Princess shows would be good in Studios or MK.

Yes! I would like Frozen Dark ride in EPCOT!

Frozen makes a perfect stage show. However . Epcot world showcase is not the place for a fantasy movie. It is a culture experience

Keep Aladdin! I have seen it many times, and it's still a joy. I still wish you would've had a Beauty and The Beast ride.

I say that this should be turned into a ride not a show. Aladdin needs to stay. I hope to see Frozen as a ride and this would pull me to going to the park more often.

I'm all about a Frozen attraction, but put it in the MK where it belongs. Character meet and greets in Epcot are one thing, but the park is supposed to be cultural/educational. A ride like that doesn't belong in World Showcase or any of Epcot.

Thank you!!!! I completely agree, plus, I've always wanted to ride Malestorm and I can't afford Florida for a few years at least!

But your right, it's a cultural movement, not "Disney" Disneyland.

This is kinda why I don't like California Adventure anymore. When it first opened, it was like a really cool theme park. Then they complained I guess it was Disney enough and they put mickeys face on everything, made it real kidsy, kinda like what I though DISNEYLAND was for.

Teenagers-to adults like myself enjoyed a nice park with a little more adventourous thrill rides and great scenic. It was a pretty romantic place for any date or anniversary as well.

Still catering to the kids, the park was great. Then they took out the golden gate bridge, got rid of the train, mickeys face galore,... I just feel like a lot of the purpose the park was created for was lost.

I miss going to California Adventure when Disneyland was to packed,... Now, both parks are just exhausting to get everything done and enjoy in one day.

I say no to Frozen. I haven't seen the film, I'm sure it's great... But I say no. I still think there's tons of better Disney movies, even more mature, that could be turned into rides.

I want a TRON Legacy Light-cycle ride at California Adventure. I hate the Mad Tea Party... Doesn't even fit well. elecTRONica fit way better there in Hollywood.

Definitely- it is such a great film. 100% worth creating a ride out of.
