We always like to bring our own water bottles if the park allows it. It saves a lot of money and you can refill them at bathrooms or drinking fountains when they are empty.

If you have little kids, try to bring a small stroller as it is easier to manuver. Also remember that a lot of theme parks rent strollers, so you dont always have to bring your own.

When visiting a theme park, to avoid the crowds, arrive early and head for the attractions/rides on the left side of the theme park. Most people start their visit to a theme park on the right side of the park so the left side will be less crowded.

We all hate queues we play games like eye spy or naming things you find in theme parks or passing on a word and linking it with another word, you will find that people in the queue join in with you, its a great way to pass long queues

Take a picture of the name and row number you are parked in when you park up. It saves a stressful hunt for your car at the end of the day! The car parks are huge.
