Alton Towers has submitted a planning application for a new indoor ride, which will be installed for the 2012 season if approved.
The attraction is expected to be an indoor drop tower ride themed around underground catacombs. Guests are likely to encounter the alien that lends its name to the nearby Nemesis rollercoaster.
Upcoming refurbishments, rehabs and closures
Nemesis Sub-Terra will be closed for refurbishment between Monday, May 21, 2012 and Friday, May 25, 2012. These dates have been confirmed by the park, but are still subject to change. Please contact the park for official details of attraction closure dates.
