FREE entry for active US military at SeaWorld, Busch Gardens and Sesame Place parks

Busch Entertainment is offering free single-day admission to its parks to active US military under its "Here's to the Heroes" program. Participating parks include SeaWorld Orlando, San Diego, or San Antonio, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay or Williamsburg, Sesame Place, Water Country USA and Adventure Island.

The offer is available is to any active duty, activated or drilling reservist or National Guardsman through December 31, 2010. They can register at HeroSalute.com in order to receive a free single-day ticket, plus up to another 3 free tickets for direct dependents. The service member does not have to attend the park for their dependents to take advantage of the offer.

Service members can also collect tickets at the entrance plaza of the parks by showing a valid Department of Defense photo ID.

Update: the program has now been extended through 2010.

Other restrictions:

  • Offer can only be used once per year.
  • At least one adult must attend with minor dependents.
  • Dependents aged 10 and over must present valid dependent ID.
