Mini Cars Driving School logo

After the fiasco surrounding the closure of several major rides at the Disneyland Resort in April, the worst-affected - Space Mountain - has now finally reopened. Meanwhile, Kings Island has sparked rumors that it is to install a major new roller coaster ahead of the 2014 season, while Australia's Warner Bros Movie World will open a new children's ride later this year.

Disneyland

Disneyland has reopened its Space Mountain roller coaster, which has been out of action for three weeks after Disney was cited for alleged employee safety violations.

Kings Island

Kings Island has launched a teaser campaign for a major new attraction for the 2014 season, with rumors suggesting that a new roller coaster could be on its way to the park.

Universal Studios Florida

The Universal Orlando Resort has confirmed the full line-up of performers for the 2013 Summer Concert Series, which will take place on select nights from June 1- July 6.

Islands of Adventure

Screamscape has posted several further images of the track for the Hogwarts Express, which will link the existing Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Islands of Adventure to a new London-themed Harry Potter area at Universal Studios Florida. The attraction has the unusual distinction of being the only one of more than 3,500 rides and shows in our database to belong to more than one park.
