LEGOLAND Florida has revealed that it will allow 400 guests into its new water park for free on its preview day on Thursday, May 24, 2012.
The first 400 guests to arrive at the main entrance to LEGOLAND Florida will be allowed into both the theme park and water park for free, and will also be given a free beach ball and t-shirt. To qualify for the offer, guests must arrive before 9.30am.
Once inside, the 400 guests will be asked to help break the Guiness World Record for the "most beach balls in the air simultaneously", which currently stands at 400. Members of the media and staff will also participate in order to boost the numbers.
The LEGOLAND Florida Water Park will host a number of slides, a lazy river, a water playground and a large wave pool. Several of these attractions will be inherited from Cypress Gardens' Splash Island water park, which once sat on the same site.
More details of Florida's new aquatic attraction can be found in Theme Park Tourist's recent report on the LEGOLAND Florida Water Park's attraction line-up.
