Images: Universal Orlando reveals Hobgoblin's new look for updated Spiderman ride

The Universal Orlando Resort has released an image showing off a new look for the villainous Hobgoblin as he will appear in an updated version of The Amazing Adventures of Spiderman.
The popular dark ride at Islands of Adventure is to receive a major upgrade over the next 2 months, before reopening in March. It will feature a new Infitec 3-D projection system that generates high-resolution 4K images, as well as enhancements to the ride's physical sets.
Two images from the updated Amazing Adventures of Spiderman have been released to date. The latest Hobgoblin image is embedded below, along with one of Spiderman himself.

Universal Orlando will announce full details of the updates to the Amazing Adventures of Spiderman on a webcast on January 25, 2012. It also expected to announce a new night-time show for Universal Studios Florida, along with further details of the planned Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem ride.
