Disneyland has confirmed that the new Jolly Holiday Bakery Café will open in the park's Main Street, USA area on January 7, 2012.
The bakery will replace the Annual Passport Processing Center on the site of the Plaza Pavilion, and will offer a variety of cakes, sandwiches, salads and hot drinks. The existing Blue Ribbon Bakery is set to close, in order to make way for the expansion of adjacent dining locations including the Carnation Café, Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor and the Candy Palace.
The three expanding food outlets will close on January 5 to begin the process of transforming them. The Carnation Café and Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor will both receive expanded indoor seating areas as part of the work, while the Candy Palace will also increase in size.
The Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor and The Candy Palace are due to reopen to the public in spring 2012, with the Carnation Café returning to operations in the summer.

I was there today (1/5) and found that they opened the Jolly Holiday Bakery Café early!!! It was AMAZING! They had "Practically Perfect Punch" along with incredible looking sandwiches, soups, lattes and pastries. There was a line out the door, but they have a clever setup with an attendant keeping perfect order. I can't wait to go back!
