The Main Street Cinema at Disneyland will be closed until February 2 to allow the installation of new floors.
A Disneyland spokeswoman the told Orange Country Register that no other changes are planned for the attraction when it returns.
The cinema, located on Main Street, USA close to the park's entrance, plays classic Disney shorts on six different screens. A recorded musical instruments plays over all but one of these - the classic "Steamboat Willie", which was produced in 1928 and was the first cartoon to feature synchronized sound. The building is themed as an old-style movie house, and was one of the original attractions at Disneyland when it opened in 1955.
