Start your day strong with a filling choice from one of these great, yet easily overlooked, breakfast spots.

1. Cheshire Café, Fantasyland, Magic Kingdom

Cheshire Café is a small food and beverage stand located at the edge of Fantasyland, near the Mad Tea Party and across from Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café. Along with a variety of fruit juices and coffees, the Cheshire Café offers a selection of breakfast cereals. Milk is included in the price of the cereal, so you can get a whole meal for a reasonable price. If you’re not a big breakfast person and like to wake up a little before you eat, this is the perfect stop. Grab an easy morning meal on your way back to the new Fantasyland with this quick and simple option.

2. Sunshine Seasons, The Land Pavilion, Epcot

Future World in Epcot offers a wonderful, and mostly hidden, breakfast locale inside its Land Pavilion. Just across from both Living with the Land and Soarin’, Sunshine Seasons offers an array of breakfast items that conform to its ideals of using local and fresh products, much of which comes from the Lands’ own greenhouses. This indoor food court features several stations with options ranging from museli to breakfast paninis.

With so many choices, this is a great pick when you have several diverse tastes in your party. Head straight to The Land when you enter the park, and maybe even hop on Soarin first while the line is still short. Sunshine Seasons is right across from this attraction, so you can pop in for a delicious meal after.

3. Fairfax Fare, Sunset Boulevard, Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Just up the road from the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and Rock 'n’ Roller Coaster is Fairfax Fare, an unassuming food stand. While its selection is limited to a few hot sandwiches and pastries, the fact that it offers a quick breakfast rather than a huge breakfast buffet means that your day, and pocketbook, won’t suffer from a visit. If you’re after something light, yogurt, granola bars, and fruit cups are on hand. If you want something heartier, try the bacon, egg, and cheese English muffin.

Head to Sunset Boulevard first thing when you get to Studios and you can grab breakfast here before your first ride of the day. If you want to hit Tower of Terror or Rock 'n’ Roller Coaster before the lines hit, stop here and snag a shaded picnic table for a quick meal after.
